- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Failure of cna time to ambulate rehab patients on several occasions. Housekeeping did a very poor job due to understaffing we were told. These past 2 weeks we were told many times they were working short and didn't have time to give a shower.. My mother went 13 days with No bed change or shower!!! Call lights were not answered in a timely manner on several occasions and pain pills not delivered 2 different times in less than 45 min!!
