- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Picked my dog up from one night being in their care, and he was terrified and covered in his own urine, which to me is inexcusable. Compared to my new veterinarian and his staff, the staff at Best Friends seem cold, uninformative, and not at all what I would call pet lovers nor people-pleasers.
