  Just got off the phone where I was unable to schedule an appointment with this, "Dr Duey", to whom I was referred several months back. In April I was sent to her by the Billings Clinic surgeon who botched my appendectomy. He said he needed me to see a diagnostician, as he is just a surgeon. I made a few attempts at that time, to get in, but was put off for literally 3 months out because I wasn't "established". When I told my surgeon that I had not been able to get in, he made a personal call and, while Duey was still unable to see me to establish care, they stuck me with a PA, who I was told could accomplish that. So fast-forward to today, where I'm trying to schedule an appointment with my "new Dr Duey", and I'm advised that the previous appointment to do that, didn't take. I'm told I have to make an appointment, another "meet and greet appointment, (which will not address my actual medical issue), to "establish care" with this person (sometime in OCTOBER), before I can THEN make an appointment to actually SEE her for the reason I'm calling in. Is this the best Billings Clinic can offer? Are they really THAT inept? At what point do they actually TREAT a patient? They treat us like someone selling a used car one part at a time in order to squeeze as much money out of the deal as possible. Are the doctors at Billings Clinic really this hard up for cash?
