- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have to agree with several posts on here. It is a bit of a "dental factory" of getting the highest volume of patients through the door. I'd also agree that the numbing injections are the most painful I've experienced. It's also frustrating to think you're going in for a crown only to be told (same day) it will probably be an extraction - and adding insult to injury, "patient blaming" for the practices lack of communication. We come to dentists for expertise and there are many factors that weigh in for patients when deciding treatment - talking in circles with no real recommendation other than "it's your choice" when until that moment I thought it was going to be one treatment and not yanking the tooth out. I can imagine that their "Reader's Choice" awards are largely a result of sheer volume - they probably have enough staff alone to seal the deal each year by voting for "Brewer Dental Factory". Still up in the air on continuing treatment or at least staying with the same dentist there.November 19, 2017by Montana Guy
